The P&P-HVD / RL200 devices are designed for automatically supplying Pick & Place robots with self-adhesive parts in high-throughput applications.
The self-adhesive parts are threaded directly from a box on carrier material (liner). Several rows of parts can be positioned next to each other on the liner.

P&P-HVD combines high part output with flexible dispensing and reliably supplies pick-and-place processes even at very high demand.
High positioning accuracy
The position can be measured in the pickup area. This allows robots to grip the dispensed parts very accurately and apply them precisely.
Flexible material feed
Self-adhesive die-cuts can be supplied and processed directly from a box or from a roll, depending on the model.
Flexible supply
Thanks to the flexible conveyor length, one material type can be supplied continuously to multiple robots.
Continuous status information
Important status information is available at any time directly on the system via the touch display. This supports short reaction times and stable material flow during operation.
Easy integration
The system can be integrated into robot cells as part of the separating protective equipment, but does not require separating protective equipment itself and can therefore also be used as a free-standing complete machine.
P&P-HVD / RL200 for rigid parts
In addition to the roll variant, the P&P-HVD / RL200 is available for non-flexible, self-adhesive plastic parts. The parts are packaged on a liner with Remaliner perforation in an accordion fold and picked up directly from boxes.
This makes the RL200 variant especially suitable for applications where rigid parts need to be supplied fully automatically and uninterruptedly. It combines the high dispensing speed of the HVD system with flexible box feeding instead of roll feeding.
