P&P-DCD
Precise die-cut dispensing for stable, flexible, and easy-to-integrate automation processes.
Feed for Pick & Place Processes
Die-cut dispensers from our P&P-DCD family are a reliable and economical solution for supplying Pick & Place suction pads, for example on robots, with die-cuts. This enables fast, precise, and process-reliable application of self-adhesive die-cuts.
The devices are used, for example, for hole covering on car bodies, the precise placement of self-adhesive die-cuts for bonding processes in advanced battery assemblies.

DIE-CUT LOADING
Compact, flexible, process-stable
Depending on the application, the system can be equipped with different die-cuts and adapted to the respective process.
Material flow
Reliable die-cut dispensing
The coordinated feed supplies self-adhesive die-cuts precisely for Pick & Place suction pads.
Integration
Compact in the automation cell
The small footprint simplifies integration into robot cells and existing equipment.
Benefits for your production
Stable material flow
Precise remaining-material information and reliable pick-up of the die-cuts ensure dependable operation.
Automatic tape break detection
The system detects tape breaks and supports controlled process operation.
Multi-dispenser mode
With the multi-dispenser mode, up to 4 die-cut pads can be supplied in parallel. This enables a higher dispensing rate and reduces cycle time.
Precise position detection
Precise detection of the die-cut position simplifies robot programming and supports reproducible results during changeovers.
Integrated controls
With integrated controls and PROFINET/Ethernet-IP interface, additional effort for integration into automated systems is reduced.
Space-saving integration
The system can be integrated into robot cells as part of the separating protective equipment, but does not require separating protective equipment itself and can therefore also be used as a free-standing complete machine.
Real-time process data
Consumption and process data can be provided via fieldbus systems for higher-level monitoring.
Configured for Different Die-Cuts
P&P-DCD can be adapted to different die-cuts and process requirements - from varying diameters to demanding shapes and surfaces. Automatic centering keeps the gripping position reproducible regardless of the material, while the compact design enables space-saving integration into safety fences and robot cells.
- Processes different die-cuts, diameters, and reflective surfaces
- Automatic centering for simple robot programming
Proven worldwide
More than 140 P&P-DCD systems are deployed worldwide in automated production lines.
